5 stars from me! Rooms were clean bed was comfy! And the service was great! Views even better, already planning my next trip back. And I live in Florida if that tells you anything!! Perfect location for tide pool observation when low tide!

Great little place right on the water with easy beach access and close to a number of restaurants and bars. My room had a number of small annoyances so I'm taking off a star there, but the bed was comfortable, the rooms well stocked, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Fantastic value for the money and I will be back again

Great place service means everything. The ladies were ready and willing to do whatever they could to make your stay nice, there employer should be proud and if they own it good for them, the price says $87 but really it is $120 and a $30.00 pet charge. If your looking for a low budget place steps away from the beach this would be for you. Good bang for your buck. Not recommended for elderly that want to make it down to the sand unless you have 4 wheel drive, as there are about 100 stairs to navigate to the beach but places to rest along the way It would be nice to have screens on the windows and clean the outside of them , the floors had sand on them recommend slippers, but I suggest that at any hotel, the rest of the room was very clean, and as stated the 2 ladies that were here are super nice,

We stayed here the end of October, 2026. It was exactly what I needed. We were there for almost a week. it was peaceful and a beautiful view! The staff was phenomenal! The room needed a little work but they said that there are plans in progress. The hot tub was perfect and sat right over the beach. Any issue that I had were promptly taken care of. I can't say enough about the staff! I will definitely be staying here again.

This is the second time staying at the hotel the first time I was unaware of the rooms with a hot tub so of course I had to come again and I was not disappointed! Hottub: 10/10 they had the hottub ready and prepped pre-check in. It had light settings (on/off or different color choices) as well as choice of having jets off or on. Temperatures was great as well. Cold day but couldn't even tell even by being halfway out, the steam kept us warm. Room: the room we stayed in had a big bed! Bought a package with the room it included non-alcoholic cider, balloons, cute makeshift animals with towels, flower petals, bouquet, amd much more. Only thing I would say is needs a little more lighting in main room but im sure that goes with preference. Check in: smooth View: amazing!!! Low tide and high tide, sure if you walked on the beach in low tide you could find amazing things on the beach/ great walk Mirrors: clean! Also bathroom mirror had side LED lights which was great for photos / selfies. And had one in main room great length to take full body photos/ look at your outfit before heading out for the day/night Overall: 10/10 (updated with photos)

We stayed in the cabin and I already want to stay again! Unfortunately the wifi does not extend well here, which has rendered the TV useless. The view more than makes up for that. The hot tub with an ocean view is fabulous. Beach access is super close (be prepared for stairs). The cabin sleeps four, two comfortably on a fluffy queen bed and two quite uncomfortably on a fold out sofa that will make you feel its metal frame all night. The pain is worth it when you wake up to rolling waves at sunrise and getting out of bed is less a chore and more a bodily demand. The kitchenette serves well with a half size fridge, two burners, microwave, keurig, sink, and counter space. The interior decor is very cohesive, and gently suggests a beach theme that is quite relaxing. All in all I loved my stay here.

So we just stayed for a week at SBI, and it was amazing. We stayed in 101 so we could have a full size fridge and 4top stovetop to save some money on food. It also has a jetted tub which unfortunately we only got to take advantage of for one night. You see, the hot water pump went out very shortly after getting there. A lot of folks would throw a fit about that, but Cari the manager was very nice and let us use rooms that still had hot water so we could still shower and wash up. We didn’t have to switch rooms, just got to use the other rooms as needed. One of the rooms had a hot tub which more than made up for not getting to use the jetted tub! In my opinion, why be mad if they can…and did what they could?! Not like they knew ahead of time that it would happen. Thank you Cari, and all of your wonderful staff that were always friendly and helpful without fail! Y’all made our belated 25th anniversary very special! <3 Carmen and Jason

We were very happy with our stay! The reviews were definitely mixed so we weren’t too sure what we were going into but the room was clean, comfortable and the view is incredible. Great location! The personal hot tub on the deck was amazing. The hot tub did struggle to stay up to the set temp but it was a very cold day, we weren’t too phased by that. A deadbolt or chain inside the door would be a great addition. There is a $30 pet fee that is added at check in, not in the air bnb listing which was a little frustrating. Overall a great stay for the location/personal hot tub.
